You can enjoy the Ganga Aarti on Boat ( optional and by own cost). Have dinner and night stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Early morning (2:00AM-3:00 AM) you will be picked up from the hotel/accommodation. Later, drive to Kashi Vishwanath Temple for Mangala Aarti .
What to do before Mangla Aarti
Book Tickets 1 Day in advance (350/Person) Identity Card for Mangla Aarti Ticket Booking Book Cab as there will not be any public transport so early at 2-3 AM After Mangla Aarti, return to hotel for breakfast.
Later, visit the Famous Temples of Varanasi like Kashi Vishwanath Temple ,Annpurna Temple , Bharat Mata Temple , Sankat Mochan (Hanuman Temple) , Manas Mandir and BHU. Later, we have an excursion to Sarnath . Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon at Deer Park . Visit Local Sightseeing of Sarnath like Lord Buddha Temples, Dhamekha Stupa , Chaukhandi Stupa and the Archaeological Museum .
Dinner and night stay at Varanasi.

Early morning, we will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. Enjoy Subah-e-Banaras in Varanasi. It is a mystical and spiritual experience to watch Sun God along River Ganges. See Ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika Ghat(Largest Cremation Ground of World) , Dashashwamedh Ghat , Assi Ghat and more during Boat Ride (Boat Ride by own cost) . Return to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you drop to Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport/Varanasi Railway Station. Return with pleasant memories and satisfaction of spiritual tour in Varanasi.
